Care Ministries

First Baptist Church believes that loving others in Jesus' name is a challenge and an opportunity for all God's children. The Holy Spirit has given gifts to each Christian to use in service to others and to build up the church (1 Corinthians 12:7-11).

If you are hurting, know someone who is struggling, or if you would like to serve others, FBC has a variety of caring ministries to explore.

  • Stephen Ministry - Our Stephen Ministry exists to glorify God by equipping God’s people to share Christ’s love through one-to-one distinctly Christian care to individuals who are experiencing life’s challenges and difficulties.

  • Marriage Ministry - FBCFM values godly marriages. If you have questions or would like more information about the Marriage Ministry at FBC please email Shannon Ford.
  • Support Groups - Our church partners with A.A. (Alcoholics Anonymous), N.A. (Narcotics Anonymous) and Al-Anon. Please call our church office at 803-547-2051 to get more information on these support groups.
