Volunteer Opportunities

Women of a Higher Calling is always in need of each woman's giftedness. Here are several ways you can help along with brief descriptions of your potential role. However, don't let this list limit you. We know and trust that God has designed each of us with a special and unique gift that we alone can use and we are open to creating a special role for such a calling. Don’t be shy, sign up or inquire and be blessed by becoming a servant!

Hospitality – Someone to help with set up and clean up each week or on a rotation. Decorate for events and/or Tuesday mornings. Make coffee and help set up snacks.

Sound – Receive training in learning how to use the sound equipment to run the microphones and PowerPoint each week. Already trained….Great, we’ll use you now!

Mentor – Preferably older and wiser women looking to invest in the lives of young mothers or younger women. Must be a prayer warrior.

Prayer – Someone willing to commit to prayer each week for the women’s ministry. Hosting special prayer events and times of prayer before each session.

Publicity – Someone with creative advertising skills who has a flare for art and design. Ticket sales, phone call maker, flyer designer and just about anything creative.

Music – Soloists, piano players or musicians. Potential praise and worship rotation or solo opportunities.

Correspondence – Someone to write letters, keep track of pregnancies and special events in the lives of women. Contact visitors and absent member.

Administration – Someone to create and maintain a roster and keep in touch with correspondence volunteer. Budgets and planning. Key member in team meetings and planning.

Welcoming team – Women needed to arrive a little early and greet those in attendance. Run welcome table and handle nametags and registration. Warm and smiling faces a must.
