New Procedure for All Church-Related Events

In an effort to coordinate the ever-increasing number of church activities, we have new forms  that should be completed for ALL church related activities and events. This includes activities that are held on the church campus or away from the church (such as class socials, etc.).

(Note: The Wedding Policies Booklet includes FBC Wedding Policies as well as the FBC Calendar Request, Kitchen Usage and Sound Equipment Needs Forms)

**A hard copy of your request form should be submitted to the church office 2 weeks prior to the event, if possible. Thank you for your cooperation.
